I'm glad the ebay purchase turned out well!
I chose the Mamiya 6 for the square format, but with the 7 you'll get a larger negative, as well as the chance to use the ultra-wide 43mm lens.
Built like a tank but it's lighter than the other 6x7s on the market.

Congratulations. The Mamiya 7 II has to be my favorite camera of all time. Look for an in-depth (favorable) review in the Nov/Dec 2006 issue of MAGNAchrom.

I look forward to seeing it too. Anyone give me any good tips about the camera. I'm gonna take it out tomorrow to break it in. Its going to be my travel camera for when I go travelling for a year. I think I made a good choice. I like the fact it has a 35mm kit as well.
Does anyone fancy posting there favourite photos taken by the Mamiya 7? Would love to see what it can do.
Thanks Sam

Sam,
If you go to the RFF gallery, hit the "search" function and type in "Mamiya 7", it will call up the Mamiya 7 photos. Same at www.flickr.com and www.pbase.com.
Also www.mamiya7.com.
Finally, on a recent thread there were several M7 II photos:
