Need help finding a flash thats easy to use outdoor fill flash on the Mamiya 7

I'm looking for a flash that I can easily use as a fill flash on this camera without having to worry about voltage being an issue. I'm new to flash photography but am looking to achieve these kind of images with the flash. Anyone who has any experience with this, please chime in!
