Hello all,im new to the forum and just wanted to say hello.I have an assortment of cameras but My favorites are rangefinders,the fixed lens Yashica Lynx and the konica s2 currently seeing the most use. I have posted a few mediocre at best pics in my member gallery under Yashicalynx.....thanks
 
Welcome, yashicalynx! Is that the 1000 or the 5000? You have some good pictures in your gallery. I have tried capturing what you succeeded at with "Night Rain" -- nice work!

Welcome and good choices in RF's. I too have an S2 (so sharp) and the Yashica GT (the black beauty).

Welcome, YashicaLynx and I must say after reviewing your pictures that you have a good eye for an image. I especially like the locomotive pouring out the smoke. That's a shot worthy of framing IMO.

What great shots!

The locomotive shot reminds me of several limited edition prints that I have seen; it is very well balanced and has a real center of gravity about it.

Hello again and thanks for all the kind words,For those that asked about the steam engine,it is the Union Pacific Challenger#3985.It came thru my small northeast Texas town of Naples on the way to the last superbowl held in Houston.Taffer,yes,many of the pics i will post will be of various ages ( will mainly try to post rangefinder made pics) and most have been posted at various other sites on the net...Thanks for the interest....
