One for the Head Bartender I think.
There is a "What is this?" post in the LTM section where someone bought a very strangely modified Elmar lens, and he provided two photos to illustrate the problem he was having identifying what it could have been used for.
He and I had a good back-and-forth going on about its construction, but then yesterday other folks started reporting they could not see the photos. One of them said he tried several browsers, including Firefox which is what I use.
Anyway, I was running version 88.0.1 until that evening. Then this morning Firefox updated to ver 89.0, and I still could see the photos. Now this afternoon I no longer can see them.
It's very odd that this would happen during a browser change, first you see 'em, then you don't. I just wonder if something else is going on.

Well everything is working on that posting now. Although, now when the photos come up they are huge first before being resized. Don't know what the OP did.

I can now see them on my two browsers. Firefox is fine and so is Chrome which I don't really like to use. Before nothing on Chrome but Firefox was OK.
