I need to get my self new eye glasses this spring and somewhere I recall reading about a plastic lens material that is VERY scratch resistant. Enough so that the metal eye-piece bezel on the older RF cameras won't scratch it.
Does any one here know what this stuff is called? It's not whatever my opthamologist sold me the last time--and my glasses have the marks to prove it. So I need the brand name so I can get that particular one. My google ability hasn't helped me so I hope some of you fine folks can.
Thanks all, Rob

Rob,
My eyeglasses are made of the material you mention, but I don't recall the name of it. I wear them with my Leica M's and haven't had any problems yet. I'll see if I can find it, and if not, I'll call my opthamologist and ask.
