New M8 owner coding questions

Hello everybody,

After a few years without a rangefinder I found an M8 for a really good price. The first lens for it will be the CV 35mm F/2.5 C in LTM.
Now for my questions.

• Reid Reviews talks about a Milich adapter that can be easily coded for the M8 (with the milled indentations) but I seem to be unable to find the place to buy it or the price. Can somebody help?

• Cameraquest states that their type II adapter can also be easily coded. Does someone know how this works with that adapter? Are there also 6 indentations?

• What is the correct code to use for this particular lens?

• Does anyone have the lens with coded adapter for sale to make things easy for me 😀

John's adapters have the six pits milled into them, the type II adaptor does not.
