Don't know much about it, but the preview showed him using a Linhoff Technorama, so that is a big initial plus (unless, like movies, all the cool stuff is in the trailer)

Tried to watch a Peter Lik episode but couldn't get involved . . . lots of chatter and walking, but not the personality of the Art Wolfe series. Maybe I need to try another episode. Weather Channel here runs it Thursday evenings with several repeats.

What I got from the previews that I've seen is that this is the only photographer out there who can get these shots...if you gotta get the shot send Peter...you could send a one-eyed monkey with a digital camera to these exotic locations and he would find something to show ya...am I bitter...(maybe) but don't make it seem like no one else can do this...
