I am used to Tmax400 at 10.5m @ 20c
And the Master Developer Chart website only has dilution B or E...
The App has no HC110 as a developer for Kentmere 100
I am used to dilution H (1:60 for easier mixing)...
Tmax 100 in HC110 (H) 1:60 is 12m
Does anyone use Kentmere 100 in HC110 (H) 1:60?
Does 12m sound about right as Tmax 100 uses?

Second question, as I've never used Kentmere 100, but I have a much longer HC-110h time for Tmax 100 which I shoot at 50 EI.

Thanks, I have found at "FilmDev" website a HC110 B (1:31) for 6m at 20c...
So, since I want to use dilution H, (1:60), double the time seems right..
or is there a factor to multiply the lower dilution time by when I double the dilution (1:31 > 1:60)?

Double is a good place to start. Should put you somewhere in the ballpark. If too contrasty first go, then back off to 10 or 11 mins next time.

Thanks...
it will be about a week before I have new to me Nikon EM body and film...
Had to sell my Nikon FE/50mm f/1.8 longnose to help with a bill....
But, next week I'll have a film body again for my Nikon 24mm f/2.8 and Nikon 50mm f/1.4

My time has always been longer than everyone's for Tmax 100 @ 50. I don't know why but my experience is what you wrote about H being double of B.
