RiccisI'm very very interested in your kit. Pls send me message here or to my email box.Stiff68

I have to wonder if such a post is from a fraudulent buyer? 1 post to his name, this one, joined RFF this month. I received a private message from a differently named user asking me if I wanted to sell him my R-D1. Also just 1 post to his name, joined this month.

Do the moderators have any comment on this?

Well, casual sales do occur at our forum. Personally, I am most comfortable dealing with the members I know, for instance I initiated purchasing Gene's M2 last week when he mentioned he intended on selling it.

And of course, all formal sales must be posted in our classified section.

I think it is always best for both parties involved to deal in good faith, of course, but also within their acceptable level of risk. That is important when dealing here, ebay or anywhere else on the internet.

Sure, it's quite understandable to suspect such a post. Of course, there are many cheaters on net and I used to be one of those victims on ebay. But this time, the case is different; I'm really a potential buyer of such kit. But it's indeed not easy to conlude such a deal because I'm also very easy to get into a nervouse condition when I've paid. But, anyway, a complete deal should include two phases: price nego and transaction. We can try to reach an agreement on price. Concerning the safty of transaction, if we cannot find a way safe for both parts, just concel the deal!

Welcome back, Stiff68. I didn't mean to impugne your integrity. But you never can tell with a one time poster. Stick around and get to know people here. I think one of the things that make people more comfortable about buying/selling at RFF is that we all know a little bit about each other, so we're not dealing with strangers.
