You know...this is a nice looking bag with just the right dimensions for a one camera, one lens setup!

Ha! No tease...this one is for the Leica X1 System and is available at B&H Photo for a little over $200...

Looks like the bag for the X1.

Leica make (and made) some pretty good bags.
My only bugbear with them is that they either stick their red dot on it or have their name emblazoned on it - which (in my experience) draws attention to the bag, what you may have in it and yourself.

That is a nice bag but I have too many already and can not justify another for $200. So I will slum with this A & A bag. Although mine is beat up somewhat.

Has anyone on RFF gotten the X1 bag? Is it sufficient for an M-body plus lenses or possibly two bodies?
Since I now have a few projects lined up, I will spend a lot of time on the streets in the Spring with two bodies. Maybe have to spring for the Hadley Small or the Billingham Leica. Although the Oskar A&A bag looks good too. Just wonder how many cars I have to detail to pay for one.

Yesterday, I checked out the Domke bags...and even they have a huge DOMKE badge on it. Same with every other bag except the Billingham Leica bag and maybe the A&A bags.. But that doesn't even concern me as "no one" around my town ever heard of Leica before. Most people just look at you with a "deer in the headlights stare" when they hear the word "Leica". I guess the Southerners in this area are not very sophisticated, as evidenced by a young man remarking to his wife that I had a NIKON whilst sitting at an outside cafe in Helen. Little did he know it is the same Nikon N4004s film SLR that I have been carrying since 1980 abroad and at home. Worth about $30 on today's market but priceless for me due to the memories it has captured ever since my wife gave it to me for our anniversary that year.

the red domke label is easily cut off the bag...the 5xb is a great bag for 2 rf bodies with lenses attached plus another lens thrown in along with film/sd cards, business cards, batteries etc.
the zipper is plastic and does not scratch gear, the flap is good to use if you don't like closing the zipper all the time, the strap is long and grippy.
the 5xa is good if you want to carry less gear, or if you 'wear' one camera on a strap and carry another with a wrist strap...very nice and easy combo to shoot with.

I use this one.
Billingham something something. Doesn't scream photo bag and you fit an M and three lenses easily.

I like all of these bags. Like Roland, would LOVE to see the inside of the X1 bag.
All I can find so far is this:
http://en.leica-camera.com/photography/compact_cameras/accessories/x1/6972.html
Let the images appear...they are the last two shown on the short presentation.
It actually appears to be much smaller than the Billingham Leica bags above. But, large enough for one body, one lens, etc.
