From artistic point of view I love PRO400H for night shots, I rate it to ASA200 for incident light metering and apply an average reciprocity error when shooting it longer than 2 seconds shutter speeds. In artificial light conditions the colors can be "funky" (probably due to the complex layer distribution of the PRO400H emulsion) and are very inversion technique sensitive not to clip any of the color channels, but usually come out funky in a good way, IMHO at least. Here're some drumscans of PRO400H, the last picture is recording constantly changing neon lights under the bridge:
I've tried Portra 160 in night, but only with a flash light so it doesn't count. I've shot the cheaper Kodak Color Plus 200 for long exposures which is more natural for night shots but also more "one-dimensional" (with not so much extreme color palettes as with PRO400H) in artificial light, but can work better on many occasions since it tunes all the colors into narrow warmish yellow-orange spectrum (the famous Kodak's "secret" for good skin colors on portraits):
