In Robert Rotoloni's excellent book on Nikon RF cameras, I see a reference to a very scarce variety of 50mm f2 lens for the Nikon mount, having a matte, rather than shiny, aperture ring and filter ring.
I don't have one of those, but I do have an extremely nice Nicca 5 camera with a Nikkor 50mm f2 lens, which has these parts in a matte finish. Is this some kind of rarity, or as is much more likely, is this the normal design for LTM versions of this lens?
Cheers,
Dez
