This is the CRT-Nikkor or Oscillo-Nikkor. It is an industrial lens that is very sharp. Note that the lens is in LTM, but there is no focusing helicoid *. You can use one of these on a Visoflex or on a Nikon SLR with the appropriate adapter, but the focusing distance is fixed.
