Nikon F to M mount

Yes, they're just great. I have one with scale focusing, and I have a Novoflex without focusing. They are very useful if you want to use your cherished Nikon F lenses on the R-D1s (or any M camera for that matter). No problem using using a wide angle lens, but focussing on a tele lens can be tricky. I use every now and then a 35-105 AIs zoom, and also a 70-210 tele zoom. Just fine. But the long lenses are best used on infinity, because focusing beyond 50mmon on the Epson rangefinder is really tricky...

Me too.
I have CQ's adapter and since I do a lot of scale focusing (low light stuff) with 20mm the adapter works well for me. I have just got a 28mm f2 and will employ it the same way. But for head shots/tele shots I use EOS EF glass.
