Nikon lens repair???

Today I'm having trouble with my Nikkor-H 85mm f1.8 not wanting to focus when the aperture ring is set to f2.8 or 1.8. the focus ring just feels stuck or at best very rough. Which brings me to the point at last: Who in the US does repairs or CLA on old Nikkors? I'm not real handy, but if anyone knows an easy DIY fix for this, I'm all ears.

I tried them for processing and scanning and found them slow and unresponsive. I'd hate to get into that with repairs.
