Real Men Shoot Film.
This sign hangs over the door of an abandoned bar in the small town of Hamlet, Indiana. It says, "Spitting on the sidewalk prohibited. Penalty $5.00 to $100.00 Dept of Health." I found it interesting that the penalty could be as high as $100, and that it could vary so widely. Wonder what the criteria for setting the fine was?
