Betcha none of those lenses cover the 24x36mm standard 35mm frame except when drastically extended for close-up photography.
My guess is that they were all made for cine, video, oscillographic, or fluoroscopic recording. There are lots of interesting lenses floating around made for these types of applications, but you usually can't get them to focus to infinity on a 35mm camera, or if you can, they don't cover the full film area. Presents lots of interesting possibilities for experimenters, though!
