Hi Guys,
I bought Nokton 35/1.4 and I am really happy with it. It is really small, the contrast is awesome and the sharpness is great. The only problem is that it can not focus at infinity at wide open aperture.
From 2.8 the image started to sharpen in the center and is almost usable. Strange effect is that when you focus at infinity the focus at the edges is 10 meters away from me. Really bizarre.
I am using the lens with A7 but I tried it with M9 and the result was exactly the same.
I can not return the lens since I travel a lot and couldn't return it in time.
So, to the point. Can anyone help me with Service manual for this lens or something similar. I think it will be really easy to adjust but I am getting to a point where I am stuck with the disassemble.
Or I can make pictures of the partly disassembled lens and you can give me some advice.
I am sure I am not the first one with similar problem. My luck can not be that bad 🙂
I can also lap the Nex to M adapter, but I prefer to fix the lens.
Thanks in advance, all ideas are welcome.
Best Regards,
Todor
