Either one. What are your experiences using UV filters. MultiCoated? No filter? Skylight? etc.? Please share.

Both lenses. Mostly yellow. Sometimes red or UV. All B+W, some MC, depending on what I have. Honestly, MC or not, doesn't make much difference to me.

Roland.

Can you tell the difference between using a UV and using no filter?

Only in the dark and counter/point light sources. You risk some ghosting.

Try yellow with B/W. Makes both outside and portraits prettier.
