Plenty of good Arbus available in print nowadays, though for a long time, the Aperture monograph was all there was. If you add to that, Revelations and In the beginning, You've got a 3 volume set that offers a much more satisfying understanding of her career. I have a couple of the bios that have been published, but haven't read them yet.
