Olympus 35 RC Meter & Frame Lines

Hi guys & gals,

Newbie here but NOT new to RF

Re: MY BELOVED 1970 Olympus 35 RC:
- Shutter speed readout is stuck on B.
- Meter does not work[new battery].
- F stop DOES show in frame line, when shutter button depressed 1/2 way.

Am using handheld Gossen Luna Pro for metering.

Would like to have ALL camera functions working.
Is this C-L-A or an expensive repair??
