Olympus EC/ECR/RC Hood Dimensions

I want to design a replacement hood based on the original Olympus accessory hood. Can someone take some photos with a ruler of the height and the dimensions of the cutout? I'll design it up and upload to thingaverse so anyone can print their own for free. I also don't have instructions. The cutout is there so the meter reads correctly, right? Someone online is trying to sell 3D printed hoods and doesn't have a cutout.

Thanks for your help. This is just for my personal use and to give others access to a free replacement for something that is currently selling for around $50.
