Olympus OM-2SP Shutter Jammed

Hello all, I have this OM-2sp in great cosmetic condition, but there's one issue.

I can't advance the shutter, mirror is stuck in the up position, and the shutter release cannot be depressed. Replaced the batteries and checked them. The camera "BEEPS" at me, indicating they are working. Tried the manual reset by putting it on bulb with no luck.



Any advice on how to fix it myself?

The OM-2SP was notorious for electronics issues. They are often not repairable due to lack of replacement circuits.
