Olympus Pen F - market prices?

I'm interested in adding an Oly Pen FT to my collection, but having trouble determining what an appropriate market price is for a user-grade model (ie, some brassing/wear is fine but should operate fully) plus a standard lens.

Been looking around at ended auctions and searching for old classifieds, but it hasn't provided a lot of clarity.

Hoping the knowledgeable folks here could clue me in on what a reasonable price bracket might be. At least that way I'll know how to identify the ripoffs. 🙂

At one time you can get a working one for about $150, but who knows today. The problem with "market price" is that it changes unpredictably over time.

About the only advice I can give you is to be patient and diligent. Don't buy unless the seller is responsive to questions, and is willing either to test adequately or accept returns.

Cheers, thanks for the info. It's next on my 'definitely want' list, hope I don't have to work too hard to find one in the right condition and right price.
