I was recently re-watching the BBC britcom show The Royle Family (highly recommended, by the way) when I spotted an Olympus XA in the last episode of the first season (not sure which XA, specifically). That season was televised in 1998, over ten years after the last XA was produced. This may have been a small homage to this great little camera or, perhaps a simpler explanation, someone involved with the show owned an XA and lent it for the shooting of the episode.
