Hi guys,
Just thought I'd mention that I've fixed the light seals on my Olympus XA. Never done anything like this before, but it was easy. Couldn't find self adhesive foam, so I used contact adhesive and felt. I used some zippo lighter fluid to clean out the old seals, and a broken toothpick to run the glue in neatly. It did help that I had an XA2 with good seals handy to use as a reference, as some of the original seals were gone without a trace, so it was hard to figure out where they stopped and started. One roll of film later, no light leaks
Matt Denton's site also helped:

Just thought I'd let you guys know that it was EASY and CHEAP and EFFECTIVE!
Cheers,
Steve
