A few photos from the one and only roll of film I ever ran through my Rollei 35S. It was stolen with the second roll inside of it. Stupid thief. I liked that little camera.

They look good. I have put one roll through my 35TE, and the Tessar on it is first rate.
Have you looked at replacing it? Prices are better than ever.

Those are some great photo's Maggie! 1987 was a good year for me! I'm assuming your camera was stolen in 1987? It's probably sitting on a fellow RFF's shelf now because of a purchase they made on ebay!

I especially like pics 2 and 3. That empty chair accentuated in the spotlight—very nice. Super division of space in picture 3.
I wonder what we missed from Roll Number 2?

I've thought about it, but I got my dad's XA after the Rollei was stolen, so I never bothered to get another one. But after seeing these negs, it's making me reconsider.

You know what really chapped my hide? It was mostly likely stolen by my landlord at the time, a guy who worked at National Camera Exchange. He got my Rollei, my F3HP and three Nikkor lenses, along with a SONY 8mm Camcorder. Oh, and he tried to blame the theft on the Mexican family that was renting the basement apartment!!

Thanks!! I wish I could remember what I shot on roll 2!

I had an XA.
Then I got my 35T.
I sold the XA because I wasn't using it anymore.
Then I bought ANOTHER XA.
And i ran one roll through it, and sold it.
An XA is a great camera, but I just really like the Rollei better.

(there were a couple of minox ML's in the mix there too, long frustrating story, again, far happier w/ the rollei)

Some more from that one roll from my Rollei 35:
Glyph, Minneapolis, MN, 1987

Formula, Minneapolis, MN, 1987

Upstairs Addition, Minneapolis, MN, 1987

Uptown Eurocart, Minneapolis, MN, 1987

Oh, and looking at a mirror shot, the camera was a Rollei 35, with a Zeiss Tessar, not a 35S. No wonder the pix are so nice.
