I am traveling for a few days in the USA, and my only camera with me is the camera of my iPhone 6. What a great relief it is to feel "light". People around me don't seem to mind it that I take so many photos all around me with my phone. I mainly used the camera in the panorama mode. People don't know who will be included in the frame and who will not. I will post some images here after I return home from this trip.

I know that the image quality is inferior to those of my Summicron or Summilux lenses.

Cambridge. I took this photo this morning during a stroll.

Regarding your cell-phone camera, in the words of the great Maria Muldaur... "It ain't the meat, it's the motion". Love seeing your pictures!

Nothing wrong with that, current phone camera technology works very well outdoors. Enjoy the light travels :)

I've been scourging eBay for some micro 43 low priced gear or upgrades to my EPL2, and getting nothing because auctions are fierce. I do question whether something like a GX80 + Good kit lens would really be needed.
Aside of me having an iPhone 6, we replaced a phone in the Family and there's a Samsung S4. Might be a good time to play with Android's capabilities and maybe test a RAW camera App. Samsung's ouptut at the time qas too crunchy (Oversharpen and oversaturate).
Great to have another snapshot device.

My hobbyist core is on film, and I enjoy shooting it whereas digital is great for low light and snapshooting.

At the end there's only so many hands. I'd love to shoot 3 cameras at once but it is rather impractical. Phones are decent snapshooters in good light.
