Opinions? CV 21/4 vs. current Nikkor 20/2.8 AFD (or AIS)

Can anyone offer a direct comparision between these two lenses? The speed is irrelevant to me. I'm interested in other optical qualities.

I have the CV 21/4 (which I love) and am considering the 20/2.8 for my Nikon film kit.
