Opinions on the Kata/Manfrotto 3NI-25PL (or similar) as a day-to-day bag?

Everyone,

After a decade of using messenger bags my shoulders have started protesting
(well, they really started protesting half a decade ago, but I ignored it) and
I feel that I may be better off looking for alternatives.

What I drag along every day includes:

* Rangefinder (Bessa R2 or M8) with a 50mm lens
* 11" notebook and charger
* Pens and notebook
* Lunch box
* Type-1 diabetes kit (roughly the same volume as the RF and lens)
* Umbrella (Oh, London...)

Desirables:

* Slingshot or backpack/slingshot
* Easy access to camera gear/diabetes kit (preferably in a separate compartment)
* Good build quality
* Separate compartment for laptop
* At least a few smaller pockets

Given these requirements, the Kata/Manfrotto 3NI-25PL [1,2] popped up.
But given the cost, I was wondering if anyone would be able to share their
experience with it or if someone knows of any good alternatives given the above
desirables. The reviews for the Kata/Manfrotto that I have found have been
overwhelmingly positive, but mostly from professional SLR users (not RF amateurs
such as myself). I am also tempted to try to grab the Kata version of the bag
before they disappear from the market given how they are far more low key
without the red Manfrotto logo.

To answer my own question with the best information that I currently have. According to the staff at Yodobashi Camera in Shinjuku, there is no difference between the Kata and Manfrotto version apart from the branding and subsequent colour scheme.
