OT - OM2 with 1.4 50mm nightshots

Took my new mahogany leather dressed OM2 down by the beach for some night shots, handheld with the 50mm 1.4 - HP5 @ 400 - Scanned with Dimage Scan Multi Pro

Those are inspiring. I am an OM1 fan, but my night lens is a Nikkor 1.2. I will be heading out to Times Sq pretty soon to photograph the street community, and police harrassing the homeless.

I got a Nikon EM body for the lens.

Last time I tried XP was many years ago. I am going to try some C-41 B/W stuff soon, just to see how it scans. At present I'm enjoying the extra process of developing the films myself. An extra investment in loving the art, you might say 🙂

1.2 is tempting, I recently bid on an zuiko 55mm 1.2 - it just looked so awesome, all that glass!
