I'm having a few issues with both my M6 and M6 TTL which I think must be a metering issue. Obviously I'm trusting the cameras meter too much and every roll I get a couple of shots like this which are flat and very grainy. My guess is overexposure which the scanner has tried to auto-correct. I never used to get this with Kodak film so I wonder if it is a weakness of Ilford film???
This was HP5+ developed in LC29. The rest of the roll was fine except for say 3 shots at the end. this has been driving me mad for a while so any advice would help.
