Small world huh?
I may have an interest in the grip if you decide to sell. I don't know if I need two, but sometimes I do carry both cameras with me.

Oh man, I wish I would have seen that earlier! I was cruising eBay earlier thinking about picking up a Canon P if the price was right. :bang:

Pretty decent for the condition, I'd say. I'm okay with having one right now...and the prospect of a Fed or Zorki sometime in the near future so that I can finally have a 35mm in my price range.

Steph, with some patience you can come across a rather cheap Canon 35/2.8. It's an excellent lens and will be at home on your P, you just need some patience and a bit of luck

I'm waiting for one thing to happen and then one of two additional things: I have to have a job, and then I wait until I can get a Canon 35/2 for a decent price or a used 35 Ultron. f/2.8 is cutting it close for me as far as handheld photography goes...I feel more comfortable when I can shoot at 1/30th or better in decently dim light. I can do 1/15, but not when I'm nervous.

Eh, fast film is all right...but I like fast lenses better.
Stephanie,
I always find that a good night's sleep helps to keep the camera steadier...
You need to get some sleep!

Nah, I'll be okay. I have caffeine. I won't be shooting anything with a lower shutter speed than 1/125 before I do get some sleep anyway.
Well, maybe 1/60th. But that's a walk in the park.

$220. Priced right. IMO the shutter's beyond KEH's "slightly wrinkled" but it looks good enough for jazz. I wonder how wrinkled a shutter has to get before it's actually a problem?
