Panny New GX with tiltable View Finder

Looks like a great update, but I just can't get into Micro 4/3 anymore. The APS-C cameras these days are small and have better all-around IQ.

agree with your statement. though the tiltable VF is a neat concept. Maybe Sony or Fuji will do something similar in the future.

The VF2 tiltable EVF on my LX7 is useful. I don't like using the back panel for framing but the flexibiity of the finder allows it to function in almost all situations.

Sony did a tillable lcd on the DMC-R1. It's top mounted and swivels 180 degrees, so you can use it as a waist level finder. It also has a fixed ELV. Neither display is up to the latest standards but I still regard mine as my basic camera for travel, as it has a superb lens and a very good APS-C sensor.

Not that I am interested in the camera. But the implementation of the EVF, if true, is very interesting indeed. EVF without OMD hump, located on the side, and still have flash. Now that is refreshing.

Oh, and it will have in body IS.

How good is the EVF, how good is the sensor and how good it looks.

If these three factors get a check mark, this camera will be a contender, otherwise why not buy a Sony Nex-6...
