I really like the series - like your website too. I like the attention to fragments and details as a means of displaying the city and conveying a winter mood. Well done.

Pretty nice. I'm impressed. It's difficult to get a fresh perspective both as a resident and as a tourist. I think part of the "secret" is to not be in a hurry --as most of us Parisians seem to perpetually be.

Are you a regular visitor?

Not quite, it's not my first time, but I might become a regular since a good friend of mine recently moved there.
 
Very nice work. Interesting compositions and perspectives. This is the type of street photography or travel photography that I enjoy most.

I initially uploaded higher res version but they were shrunken down from some reason :bang: These are linked directly from my website.
 
Lauffray I love these - I've come back to this set four or five times since you originally posted them and spent a very enjoyable half hour last night going through your website - there's something very compelling about your work although I can't quite put my finger on what it is, which perhaps is part of the appeal. Some of them look almost like "photos of nothing" at first glance but there's a very refined graphic sensibility at work here, and a real emotional hook as well - possibly projection on my part but there's an almost tangible sense of the confusion, loneliness and alienation of big cities when I look at your images. Really excellent work!
