I love that camera, I really want one, but I have some reservations about struts and arms/sicssors.

"struts and arms/scissors" in some form or other are used on every folding camera. That's what makes them folders. The absence of a front "door" is what makes this one different. Moving parts, especially ones that carry electricity or are made of paper, are bound to wear out. On some cameras, the moving wires between the lens and light meter (like the PBM67) are bound to break at some point in time. On others the bellows (like the wonderful Fuji GS645) flake up and die. My PBM67 arrived in perfect shape. Apparently unused since it was made. A summer in the Middle East melted the light seals and broke the light meter cables. The seller (Leicashop of Wien) repaired and replaced with a smile. I expect my camera will have doubled its lifespan. There is something so elegant about the way the lensboard just slides out when you push the button.
