At first, I thought we were talking about a Leica CL with the WATE. But now I think its actually about the Leica CL with a WATE.

Yes, the camera is a Leica CL, the current digital one. There’s not much to talk about regards the film CL and the WATE since it wouldn’t matter — the photo would look the same regardless if made with the CL, an M, or any other M-Mount film camera.
