A Heads-up in case you guys are looking for big outdoors events: The Cornfest, the annual DeKalb extravaganza and celebration of corn and things corny, will start this Friday. I'm really looking forward to going there! 
Every year I show up there and have some fun with my cameras. Good pics, bad shots, you get everything, including carnival rides and food that's bad for you but it tastes so good...
So, Ken and the other folks from Northern Illinois... get your engines ready.
The Cornfest starts on Friday afternoon (Aug 25) and ends this coming Sunday afternoon, which is Aug 27. Since we'll be entertaining visitors on Friday and Sunday, I'm still relatively free on Saturday afternoon... in case someone wants to show up. Just send me a PM in case you're interested!
