Hi,

I currently have a fairly popular photoblog but I'm starting to go off the boring layout. I came across this blog the other day and really like the theme used - it's a tumblr blog and I haven't been able to find a similar theme for WordPress.

Any one know if there is a similar WP theme or how I would be able to mimic it in WP?

Cheers
Simon

Hi Simon,

You've got a nice photo blog going on there! I actually prefer your current layout to the other blog you're referring to. Your current format is more simplier, and lets the viewer focus and appreciate each photo more. The other format just throws up a lot of images as thumbnails, and the viewer may be overwhelmed and not give your images the attention they deserve.

Just my two cents. I developed my Tumblr blog in the same template style as yours... :)

Nice! I'd say keep the theme as it is right now; it works. Photo blogs with lots of clutter and links and this and that and that and that and this and ooh and oh yeah, there's that photo...they don't work for me.

The other blog that you linked is really not to my taste. It's very Flickr-contact-update-ish and it only makes sense if you know who's who and what's going on. Like that it just looks like a mosaic without context.
