I'll certainly be there too. I've finally managed to get onto a local darkroom printing course (at PhotoAccess) and I've made copies of the flyer to give to the other participants.

I'm sitting in my study, surrounded by gear on the floor as I sort out items to sell. It's almost embarrassing the number of small items I've collected that are not worth enough to try to sell through the normal channels. Should be a fun day!

If you have a 62–49 step down ring, save it for me, I was just given an Olympus Ring flash! I want to try to use it with my D90. OK how about a 52–49 step down ring?

Also got the twin macro flash but no lens attachment

Some good fun had by all

I sold lots of gear and than spend all that money and some in the space of a few short minutes and I'm really tired now.

Looks like a lot of fun had by all. I wish we had those around here. Actually, maybe not. I think I finally have most of what I want/need. Now I just have to fight the GAS that rears its ugly head from time to time.

Sure would have been fun to walk around and see the different gear and meet other photo buffs.

I was well-behaved today.... held off the urges to buy:

1. Brand new M6 for $1600 AUD
2. Brand new Canon Pro1 for $400 AUD
3. FM3A w/ Nikon 50 F1.2 for $800 AUD

Ended up spending $7 on a Weston II meter that I don't really need

All in all, I could say that I saved $2796 today
