Hi everyone,
I'm noticing some uneven development in my latest rolls, and I think I can attribute that to an unintentional vacuum lock in my tank.
I have an Omega brand tank, similar to as pictured:
A while back the rubber seal popped out of place during cleaning, and since I haven't been able to figure out the orientation that both permits draining fully and prevents leaks. It's so far been one or the other; I either end up with fixer all over my kitchen, or I can only get half the tank emptied when it comes to change chemistry.
Any tips, short of surreptitiously opening boxes at my local camera shop?
