Polacolor w/wavy lines....

Fellas....just found some polacolor film at good price (3usd each 8 photos pack).. But i find orange wavy lines acroos all the photo...
Whats these?? Something wrong?
I will appreciate any info..

It's probably because it's old film?

Someone told me that was a film used for id work....so the lines worked as security...
