That's great...
but let's not forget that Fuji pack film is still available and being manufactured and is compatible with most polaroid backs.

Read carefully what they are saying: They are not in the business of 're-build the integral film', but will try to invent a new product together with strategic partners.
Sounds interesting.
Take these in ink jet prints. Does not look impressive to me - compared to analogue film prints. Could there be room for a 'Polaroid like' product here?

Wonder how much a pack of film will cost? I've still got a perfectly good originial SX-70 from the 70's.

If I get it right there are TWO separate groups trying to do a similar thing. It makes me wondering whether there is enough "space" on the market for that. One joint venture might have better chance to succeed ...

Now, if only they made film for the SX-70

This is being run by Lomo people. If they succeed the packs will be $100 a 10 pack, be slightly out of focus and only show one "hip" color at a time. These are the same people that want you to spend $500 for a Lubitel TLR... Sorry, wrong answer.

Too bad sheet film is all I ever used. I'll miss type 55 when I run out.

Me too. I have none left, but noticed an unopened bottle of sodium sulfite in my cabinet yesterday. Made me kind of sad.

I think that's what these new project is aiming for, a new integral film (600 and SX-70 format).
