Shooter of Film...
Almost looks like it's not developing all the way to the edge...how old is the film...how do the rollers look...are you losing any developer paste on the backside of the print...I think it's a grey looking gel/paste...

Nothing of the sort: rollers clear and fit, film is the latest released without developer past leaks; not developed areas - when present - are typically brown, not shining white. I'm pretty sure it's matter related with the lens, the optical glass, may be the shutter but I can't distinguish. To clinch it once and for all, I've also swap over the remaining film in another SX 70 camera successfully.

Given that this is white on a positive image, I'd be looking for light leaks, either in the belows or in the film pack.

What film are you using Impossible project or actual expired Polaroid film? Also as Sejanus stated, I would look for light leaks in the bellows. Look in the corners where it folds. To me since all three photo's have the same bright spot it points to a light leak. My Polaroid Land Camera has a light leak and it's similar to what you see, except mines much worse, but none the less in the same spot everytime on every frame.

I'm for the leak in the bellows too, that's quite common and easily missed by a lot of people.
