hi,

not that much happening in the M8 forum these days... :( i guess everyone is out having fun with their camera instead of sitting in front of the computer whining about their M8? :p thats a good thing!

can we start a thread so we can all enjoy all the nice pictures we're taking with the M8? thanks~

I would post some pics but the M8 and three of my lenses have been in Solms for about 6 weeks to fix focusing issues. I hope to God that they are also encoding the lenses. I have been keeping my mouth shut for a while but am starting to get antsy!
 
Yeah I'm in Seoul. Is your photo taken in Kang-Dong? I could tell it was taken in Seoul because of the way the buildings look and the crane. I should be getting an M8 in mid-April from my dealer in Chungmuro. I'll post some photos here. Btw did you buy your M8 in Korea?

hi naos,

the pictures are from chung-gae-chun. the east side, past dongdaemoon. i got mine at Bondo a few months back.

Ha! I bought my MP from Bando and am currently on their waiting list for a M8. Great people. I've been going there quite a lot these days; toying with their demo M8. As of now, they're currently waiting for a shipment from Solms in mid April. Can't wait to get mine. Their price for a new M8 is almost $500 less then the average price in the states. I look forward to seeing more of your photos.
 
I've been going to the dpreview Leica forum quite a bit to look at photos. Interesting as well, as was predicted, people over there have discovered film Leicas and are posting those pics as well, and they are pretty happily received. Steve Huff posts quite a bit there. They need to come HERE though :)

Cute doggie : ) and no I was not serious ; ) these images are exceptional as is the norm when viewing images shot with the M8.
