In the 1970's and 1980's, I used to haunt the pawn shops and second hand stores in New York City. This was one of my regular places to visit. I believe it was called "The Bargain Stop" or something like that. I think it was on Seventh Avenue near Chelsea.
They always had a huge selection of used cameras. Since I was a regular customer, they let me rummage through the boxes of merchandise that were not yet on display.
If anyone remembers anything about this place I'd like to know. The guys working in the store were from the Caribbean.
I believe this was shot on Kodacolor, with a Nikon F and a 50mm f1.4 Nikkor.

I was working for "Oui Magazine" in the 1980's and went out to photograph the "Ponderosa Sun Club", a nudist camp in Indiana. I also met a female nudist and nude beauty show contestant there who became my girlfriend for a few years and who moved out to NYC to be with me. I could post more but I'm not sure what the policy here is about posting nude photos and I don't want to run afoul of management.
This is a fellow photographer who went out there with me. The negative was damaged but scanned OK. I forgot his name, but he was a huge advocate of the Nikkormat EL2 and Nikon EL and converted me to shooting with them for a while.
