It has the standard 28mm f2.8. That softness is kind of odd as it isn't that obvious in all the shots on the roll. I had another HorizonT a few years ago (with a bunch of problems) but it was very sharp.

I kind of think it might be a little bit of motion blur in those shots. The turret in this one has some vertical play in it and I'm wondering if it is vibrating vertically a little while it rotates?

That or in its past someone changed the focus position of the lens to get closer focus.
