That is surprisingly good results. Can you provide the experiment's details such as what ISO was used to take the picture and what developer and development method was used? I have some old Pan-X that I don't know how to tackle, so will get to experiment with it one of these days.

Sure - I shot it at 25 asa ( rather than 400) and I actually had a light orange filter on this, so I could have gone a little lower. Developed at 7 and 1/2 minutes in HC110 B.

Thanks all, for posting some nice pictures on really old film! While I don't think I will seek out more decades old film, I do plan on finishing a few 100ft rolls of expired film that I have lying around (but none are older than my Tri-X from 1987. I may try to printing (Inkjet) some shot to see how they translate to paper.

I found this roll of 127 in a box of old camera stuff. It was in a plastic camera (Brownie) and I developed it in HC-110h. I think 1962 to 1965, exposed and still in the camera for 50 years.

as part of my 40th birthday, last year I decided to shoot 1975 style so I bought some rolls of Tri-x expired in 1975 and also an Oly Trip 35 manufactured during that year as well, here are the results:

In Tabulas Argenteas Refero
unrefridgerated Kodak Ektapan 6x9 sheet film (presumably expired in 1972-ish as I still have a few boxes that came with the camera) over-exposed by 4 stops with a Graflex Baby Pacemaker Speed Graphic. 1+100 Ro9 Stand.
A roll of FP3 that was found in a Zeiss Box Tengor (Presumably 1950s)

My wifes grandfather was a hobby photographer and I found a unprocessed roll of Kodak Panatomic X (exp. date June 1976) that had been stored in room temperature. I rate it 25 and developed 2018 in Rodinal 1:50 (11 min).
(Sorry but not a rangefinder shoot - used a Nikon FE2).
Came out great and there was many fine images on that roll. To sad that this film is out of production.

For clarification: the roll was unexposed (and of course unprocessed) so all images are newly taken and developed within short time after exposure (less then two weeks).
