I've been approached to shoot a local business that caters to wealthy clients. The business has deep pockets but is conservative with it's budget. I have already shot some of the business so that they could get a feel for what I can do and a while back I sold a single image to them for $150.
The business wants;
A complete shoot of the interior of the business
Extensive shots of the exterior in various weather conditions
One roll of product shots
Rights to all the pictures
A complete website built
Instruction on how to update their website
A short Flash movie of the shots to loop in their shop window.
