Problem focusing with Minolta AL-F

I have some problems trying focusing with my Minolta AL-F. The focus ring doesn't go from the start to the end, it stops somewhere in the middle. The yellow double image spot doesn't get to one either. The whole thing goes just halfway.

What's the problem?
